D. Corydon Hammond, Ph.D.

As a Psychologist in Salt Lake City, Utah, Dr. Hammond uses neurofeedback (EEG biofeedback), and occasionally clinical hypnosis, and counseling as alternatives to medication-based treatment. All neurofeedback is individualized and done by Dr. Hammond personally, rather than using technicians.
Dr. Hammond has been the President of the International Society for Neurofeedback and Research, one of the editors of the Journal of Neurotherapy, and President of the American Society of Clinical Hypnosis.
He has practiced as a psychologist at the University Of Utah Hospital for over 35 years and is a Professor Emeritus at the medical school. He is board certified in neurofeedback (Biofeedback Certification International Alliance), quantitative EEG brain mapping (EEG and Clinical Neuroscience Society, and the QEEG Certification Board). He has also authored over 190 professional publications, and is the primary author of the recommended standards of practice in the field of neurofeedback and for using brain mapping in neurofeedback.
